Studio Usage & Code of Conduct

● Handle all studio décor, furniture, props, backdrops, lighting, and equipment responsibly.

● Any damage, stains, loss, or breakage will incur repair or replacement charges.

● Bursting balloons, burning décor materials, or using substances/items that may damage walls or flooring is strictly prohibited.

● Penalties may range from ₹1,000 to ₹10,000 based on damage severity.

● Pets are not allowed inside the studio without prior approval from management.

Safety Rules & Restrictions

● Smoking, alcohol consumption, and non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited inside the studio premises.

● Outside food is strictly not allowed inside the studio.

● Fireworks, sparkles, open flames, candles, or hazardous materials are not allowed.

● Children below 12 years must be accompanied and supervised by adults at all times.

● Children aged 5 years & above will be counted as full chargeable guests as per studio pricing.

● The studio is not responsible for any injuries caused due to negligence or unsafe activities by guests.

Cleanliness & Discipline

● Maintain cleanliness inside the studio throughout your booking.

● Avoid littering, staining, or mishandling décor and materials.

● If the studio is left excessively dirty, ₹1,000 cleaning charges will apply.

Fog Entry

● If you book fog entry on the same day of your event, it will be subject to availability of dry ice.

● If fog entry is booked at least one day in advance, it will be guaranteed.

● In case dry ice is not available for same-day bookings, only the fog entry amount will be refunded.

● The refund will not apply to any other part of the booking amount.

Booking, Payment & Rescheduling

● Booking is confirmed only after 30% advance payment.

● The advance booking amount is 100% non-refundable.

● A valid ID proof (Aadhaar Card / Driving License / Passport) must be shared with the studio team before entry for security purposes.

● Remaining 70% payment must be made at arrival before the shoot/event begins.

● Rescheduling must be informed at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

● Same-day rescheduling will not be accepted under any circumstances.

● Extra time beyond the booked slot will be charged as per the studio’s hourly extension fees.

● If guests arrive late, the lost time will not be compensated.

● Guests count will be calculated based on studio rules & pricing, including children above 5 years.

Equipment & Décor Usage

● External décor, props, or equipment brought from outside must be pre-approved.

● No drilling, sticking, taping, or hanging items on walls/backdrops without permission.

● Glitter, confetti, color sprays, powder, or messy décor items require approval and may include extra cleaning charges.

Photography, Videography & Content Policy

● All content shot inside the studio must follow legal, ethical, and community standards.

● Obscene, illegal, adult, or explicit content is strictly prohibited.

● The studio may capture basic behind-the-scenes visuals for promotion unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Rights & Security

● Studio staff has the right to stop any activity that may cause risk, damage, or disturbance.

● Failure to share ID proof or follow security rules may lead to denial of entry or booking cancellation without refund.

● Studio premises are monitored through CCTV for safety and security purposes.

● Any rule violation may lead to immediate cancellation without refund.

Liability

● Your Celebrations Hub will not be responsible for theft, loss, or damage of any personal belongings or equipment.

● Guests are responsible for their own safety and conduct within the premises.

Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking and entering the studio premises, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to all Terms & Conditions mentioned above.
